I’m Yvette. 

What benefits were you looking for from Vedic Meditation?

I wanted to stop the chitter chatter in my head. I needed grounding. I felt lost and needed to reconnect with something that was bigger than me. I knew there was more to life.

What changes and benefits have you experienced since learning?

Everything changed. I always talk about life before and after meditation. Life was easier after I learned to meditate. There was less drama. I found everything fell into place more easily, and I laughed more. I find I attract things I want without effort. People who no longer served me fell away and new people entered my life that were more positive. I felt connected to a bigger energy. I trusted the universe more.

How have you adapted to fitting meditation into your life on a daily basis?

Before, I was never able to sit still for 2 minutes, let alone 20! I thought fitting it in would be a huge challenge, but instead it is something I look forward to every day. It becomes so normal and part of your routine. It’s like brushing your teeth.
