The Universal Mistake

Correct your thinking and accelerate your progress

This is the second offering in the Veda108 series –

making Vedic knowledge relevant and practical for everyday life.

Accelerate your progress

Vedic Meditation works at the deepest level of consciousness. Each day we touch the least-excited state of Being and our awareness grows. At the same time, stress and tension dissolve and our perception becomes clearer. This is a natural process – all we have to do is meditate every day.

And as every meditator discovers, there’s more to it.

What this course is about

There’s a part of your development that’s not so automatic and this has to do with how you think. How you see yourself and your role in the world.

There’s always a lag between our expanding awareness and our old, out-of-date thinking. Everyone goes through this to some degree.

The Universal Mistake is one of thinking about yourself in ways that don’t match who you truly are.

This shows up in different ways:

  • negative and recurring thoughts
  • feeling unsure and questioning yourself
  • noticing repetitive reactions and feeling caught in old patterns

This course will help you get clear about the mistakes in your thinking, challenge your out-of-date assumptions and build a new framework to understand your place in the world.

All that we are is the result of what we have thought.
The mind is everything. What we think, we become.

~ Maharishi Mahesh Yogi
